On the 7th of July tragedy struck the shearer family! On a night out with his mates in QLD hayden was hit by a car, this incident has left him in a coma and a long road to recovery. With the news of the accident his wife and three children travelled interstate to be by his side during this time. With the full extent of his recovery being unknown and the level of care that he will require for his future rehabilitation, will be ongoing leaving financial pressure on his family, hayden will be unable to work for a minimum of 6 months and with his wife needing to lessen her working hours to care for him, the financial stress is apparent. Hayden is a loving husband to his wife, an amazing father to his three children, a great uncle and an awesome mate!
