Hi friends, I recently got accepted to a Global Outreach (GO!) project to Guatemala. This is a service project where a group of Fordham students and I will have the honor to travel to Guatemala over spring break to work with a service organization. While there, we will work to improve primary school infrastructure, build community kitchens, and help create gardens. We will also be immersed into Mayan culture by learning regional traditions and exploring village life with local community members.During the trip there will be a phone number that friends an family can call to get updates at the end of each day on what we, as a team, did that day.
