The GO! Nicaragua team works with Hand in Hand Ministries' "Pathway to Change" program by constructing homes or repairing local schools or clinics. The team has a chance to further explore the Nicararaguan culture by spending time with the children and families in the community. The video on our page gives you insights into the Pathway to Change program and it's positive effects on the community.We've been preparing for our trip at team meetings that occur every Sunday night. In these meetings, we discuss social justice issues affecting our community and Nicaragua. These meetings also give us a chance to get to know one another before we embark on our project! The estimated project cost for each participant is $1,800, which leads us to our total of $21,600 for the entire team.We are extremely grateful for any contributions no matter how small. Every dollar gets us closer to our goal!
