Hi, My name is Brianna. I live in Orlando, Florida and I recently became a survivor of domestic violence & as a result also a single mom. I sustained physical injuries as well as the huge impact it has all had on my mental health. I have two small boys ages 3 and 1. Once I realized the place we called home was no longer safe for me and my babies, I packed up a few bags of clothes & a small bin of their toys and left. I have been staying in a shelter for victims of domestic violence for the past few weeks and things have been really tough. But by the grace of god, I was told I got approved for an apartment and can move in as soon as this weekend. Unfortunately having my car break down amongst other things I haven’t been able to save any money. I am asking for donations to help with the move-in costs, furnishings, and replacing all the things I lost & left behind like clothes and toys for the boys. Any help at all would mean the world to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
