Hello I want to tell you about a devoted father of two sons and a very close friend, Deon Evans. Deon passed away 10/21/2015 at 12:00 am. We are all in shock on the lose of Deon. Years ago, Deon was starting his family and a music career he began to have kidney problems in 1998 and he had to change his life and plans. He didn’t let his situation stop him, as a music producer Deon created hit songs and collaborated with multiple top music artists but because of his life change, Deon and his family found himself fighting for to protect Deon's unhealthy state. Because of his many trips going in and out of hospitals caused a huge financial strain. In 2005, he had a Kinney transplant with his boys standing by their fathers side attempting to help Deon in every way they could. Soon after, he divorced with his now current ex-wife in 2006. In one of the many nights of talking with Deon, we had talked about what was important in life and he mentioned that his boys were everything to him. Deon wanted to see good grades in school, having friends and living a good life for his two kids. His life goal was to see his sons have children of their own. His disability caused him to not be able to work because of his devastating fight with his kidneys, he only was able to make money through Music but that wasn’t enough sometimes to pay for his and his families living experience... His oldest son Akira which is 19 years old and Kai being 16 years old now have to bury their father and they need help with the funeral costs. Can you please support the Evans family by donating some money! We are trying to raise about $10000.00 so Deon’s Boys can pay for the funeral so Deon can have a peaceful afterlife. This is a very sad time for everyone. Deon will be missed.
