Hi, we are fundraising on behalf of Naveen Kumar. He is a recent college graduate in electrical & electronics engineering who is 22 years old and from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh India. In 2024, he was diagnosed with CKD - Chronic Kidney Disease and his life was put on hold. He currently is on dialysis and is having a lot of negative side effects - like stomach bloating, breathing issues, and high blood pressure. Doctors are recommending he get a kidney transplant however, his family cannot afford the procedure in India so we are asking for your help. Doctors are hopeful that the surgery will turn his life around for the better. The surgery will include Bladder correction (vesica-urethral reflux), Bilateral nephrectomy, and all basic tests for the donor and recipient, the funds would also go to all the medicines used in postoperative care. All these expenses will add up to 30-35 lakhs (Indian Rs) Approximately 45,000 to 50,000 USD. The Indian government is helping subsidize the dialysis procedure, however, they do not cover additional procedures, tests, or medications. The government funds are only offered in limited hospitals and unfortunately, the hospital where he is getting treated does not allow government help. The hospital he attends has a 98% success rate with this procedure he needs, so we are hopeful as long as we can raise enough funds that he will survive post-op. His parent's savings have all been used for his earlier procedures so we are kindly asking for any help. Thank you for your consideration and help! God bless you. *We are happy to provide additional medical documents upon request for those who may inquire about specific details to ensure the funds are allocated to Naveen Kumar and his medical condition.
