This is the story of my sister-in-law, Stacey, a woman who fought an incredibly rare cancer with unwavering strength and courage. Sadly, she passed away, leaving behind her loving husband Jimmy, and their two children, Trenton and Annalise. In honor of Stacey's last wish, we are raising funds to send this resilient family on a magical trip to Disney World, where they can celebrate Stacey's life and create lasting memories. Stacey's battle against cancer was nothing short of extraordinary. For three and a half years, she faced numerous rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and even experimental treatments. She remained determined and selfless throughout her fight, often denying pain medication to stay present for her family. Stacey's infectious laugh and sense of humor never wavered, even in the face of unimaginable pain. As her health declined, Stacey transformed her plans for a family trip to Disney World into one of her final wishes. She wanted her husband and children to experience the joy and magic of the happiest place on Earth, all while celebrating the incredible life she had lived. Stacey believed that love, laughter, and cherished moments were the most important gifts she could leave behind. Jimmy, a retired army veteran, stood by Stacey's side throughout their lives. Their love story began in high school, and their bond grew stronger with each passing year. Stacey's illness didn't deter her from fighting to see her children grow up. She wanted to witness Trenton's graduation and ensure that Annalise would always remember her mother's love. Jimmy is my oldest brother, and I deeply admire him. That's why I'm reaching out for help, it’s now our turn to support this incredible family. Cancer takes a toll not only on the patient but also on their loved ones.
