I THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS . I am an amputee since 2017. I lost my right foot in a farm related accident. I sadly didn't receive well deserved compensation for loosing my right foot. So I have to raised monies in the past to assist with my needs. I have been given a life changing opportunity to undergo surgery by a leading neuropathological/orthopaedic surgeon, based at the Ortho Centre Stockholm in Sweden. This procedure involves a four hour invasive operation, to effectively isolate the nerves, especially the sciatic, and to eliminate them . My late partners parents, Erik and Lenniha whom live in Jarfala, have been in constant communication with me since this life altering injury, it is through their unconditional love and support , that they have organised this for me . This procedure is €28.000,. Erik and Lenniha are fronting €20,000 from their own pockets, I am overwhelmed by their love for me , to do this . I am seeking the above monies, of €8,000 to pay for a new design of prosthesis, which shall be manufactured on site by a team of highly skilled Clinicans , whom develope prosthetics for both armed services and civilians alike . I have had countless procedures in Ireland to get my nerve pain under control, this being in the guise of intravenous administration of painkillers , to stop the constant agonising pain I suffer , owing to extensive nerve damage. I have been informed by various surgeons , that the only way they can stop the pain, is to amputate more of my residual limb. I have and shall not consent to this , as it is not guaranteed that I will no longer feel pain after this, plus and I reiterated this , it will crush my spirit as I've suffered too much, and lived in hope that one day my pain will cease and I'll no longer have to take 1,800mg daily of nerve blockers and pain killers , they merely keep the pain dampened, but that throbbing is always there and sadly increases at night , not allowing me get sleep . This in turn sadly depresses me and I loose hope. This surgery is scheduled for October 2024. It will be a miracle for me not to feel pain, feel drained and exhausted anymore , following this surgery, without the need of an Amputation.
