This is for our friends Megan & Adam Roupe and their precious baby girl Francesca. who was diagnose with Neuroblastoma Cancer at 5 weeks old. This is very hard on them in all ways. Our thoughts, prayers & well wishes help to comfort them in knowing they are not alone, but maybe we can help the financial burden they face just a little bit as daddy works, has to take off as needed and helps with the other three children and mommy is at baby Frankie's side 24/7 at Children's hospital. The costs of this include paying for  food, gas, turnpike & parking fees along with loss of work and sitters for the other 3 children. All of this can add up very quickly to add financial strain on top of the physical & emotional they are  already enduring.Below is her story via updates on her progress since this started from mommy 10-21-2015--Our sweet, brand new 5 week old baby girl has been diagnosed with . She has one large tumor above her kidney and many small ones in her liver. Her team of doctors feel pretty confident about her prognosis but will know more about the stage of cancer soon. She will have some biopsies done and will most likely be starting chemo in the next few days.10-21-2015--My awesome nurse made me a tiara out of my I.V. because I have no more good veins.10-24-2015--Just an update on Frankie: Things aren't great but they aren't terrible. She had bone marrow biopsies, tumor biopsy and a central line placed yesterday. That ended up being over 3 hours of surgery and took over 6 hrs to wake up. She's been spiking fevers all night and her belly is getting bigger(probably from the tumors growing so fast). They did a spinal tap overnight and have her on 2-3 different antibiotics and morphine for her pain. She is starting her chemo today as soon as the pharmacy gets everything ready. She's been resting comfortably for the last couple hours as they've agreed to give her Tylenol, even with her liver issues. She and I have been living at Children's and will be here for a while. We have a long road ahead and right now I think our whole family is emotionally, physically, and financially drained. Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes. All we can do at this point is cross our fingers and wait. We Love You All!
