Hello my name is Robert ((Bob) Hdz, Sudden and drastic Life Journey change for my Family Member Dear Friends, Family, Firefighter Brothers & Sisters - Many of you may know me from the Fire Service, numerous Fire Departments, as your Instructor with RGV Fire Academy, EMT Instructor. Career Firefighter. Public Servant. Many of you as my Students have gone on to be Officers in different Valley Fire Departments and all around Texas. I have been in the Fire Service since I was just 15 yrs old as many of you have as well. We are here to serve and protect each other and our community. Today I humbly come to you my Brothers and Sisters to raise funds for my Family Member who also has dedicated his life to serve in the Fire Service. Unfortunately , my Family Members' Career has been put on HOLD and not by choice. This is causing severe heartship to our Family. As a Father, I must step up and try to help my Family as I would to any of my Firefighter Brothers and Sisters if they were in need of help. We are Family. Our family was not prepared for the high cost of a his Career being forced to be put on HOLD. During this difficult time, we are reaching out to the community for help. Humbly asking all my Friends, Family and Fire Community. Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help.
