Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am fundraising for my next door neighbor, Victoria, who is currently in the hospital. She had a cooking accident last week that caused more than 25% of her body (arms, hands, and legs) to be burnt by cooking oil. Doctors originally thought that she would be in the hospital for a week, but now (due to surgeries/skin grafts) she might have to be in the hospital for a total of a month. Given that Victoria may be in the hospital for a month and that the damage to her hands may impact her ability to work for some time, we are hoping to raise some money to go towards her medical expenses and monthly expenses, such as rent. She is such a sweet person, and I am sad that she is going through this current struggle. Hopefully, with the help of others, we can provide some financial relief for her during this time.
