My nearest and dearest friend Elaine Lindsey suffered a massive stroke due to long Covid on July 10th while visiting her parents in Oregon. Her doctors are astounded that she is still with us.Elaine is a living miracle, but has a long journey ahead of her. Until her condition improves her doctors have told Elaine going back to work is not a possibility for the near term. Elaines passion for her profession has brought joy and confidence to countless individuals but now she faces a daunting road to recovery and as a community we can make difference.
