It was the Summer of 1993 when she entered into the world. She was a healthy little girl and her name is Dai'Jha. Her life started out like most babies. She laughed, smiled and walked, talked and chased after her brothers always determined not to be left behind. She was bubbly and energetic all the time. As time went on however Daijha began to experience a multitude of health challenges including juvenille diabetes, migraine headaches,Perineal spastic flat feet with a triple arthrodesis condition. fibromyalga, degenerative bone disease which required many surgeries on her feet over many years. There were chronic nose bleeds, surgeries to enlarge her ear canal openings, cataracts, sepsis, high blood pressure, seizures, along with a few other conditions and a below the knee amputation and finally end stage kidney disease. Despite whatever challenges Dai'Jha faced however she never quit. She never gave up, she strived to overcome ever obstacle that was in front of here with a smile and perseverance. She was a joy to everyone whos life she touched or met. Children loved her and she had a unbreakable bond with them. Dai'Jha wanted to travel and see the world and set out on a mision to fulfill her dreams and desire. She made a list of 30 things to do by her 30th birthday including obtaining her passport. As she perseverd on her journey to live out her dreams and began to check them off one by one sadly though Dai'Jha went into Renal failure. In other words her kidneys stopped functioning properly. Bravely she started dialysis and one day it became to much mentally ,emotionally and physically for Dai'jha to continue. It was hard enough to know that her kidney function was only 9 percent when she was given the news and she was in a fight for her life literally. Even as I tried to get this LFEBridge page active sadly Daijha took her last breath in here in hospice. Our hearts are heavy we must go on with her precious memories in our minds. I am asking for your help as I am have not been not working and not sure when I will be able to return due to grief, and my own medical surgeries that I still need but couldn't have due to life showing up and now Dai'Jhas death. Know that any amount will be greatly appreciated and please keep my family in your heartfelt thoughts and prayers. One last thing I am grateful to share with you all, Daijha went to Hawaii, saw the Orcas at Sea Worl in Orlando and was able to leave the United States by traveling to Canada. We were able to watch Niagara Falls from the comfort and our hotel room and take lots of pictures at the Falls the following day. She spent her best days along with her sister, her best friend, nephew and myself in the latter days of her life
