Thank you for taking time out to read this. Charlie was recently diagnosed with Sarcoma cancer and will need to start chemotherapy as soon as possible. Charlie was feeling unwell and was admitted into Northside hospital on 06/25 and was told he has a tumor growing in his pelvis that was eventually diagnosed as sarcoma. Doctors were not able to operate on him to remove the tumor because it has grown around his arteries and being the size it is, surgery would more than likely be fatal. We were told the best option is to start chemotherapy as soon as possible to see if that could help shrink the tumor enough for them to perform surgery to remove it. Charlie is uninsured and has been battling getting proper insurance and is being told to apply for Medicaid first, which he has, but there is a long approval time. Charlie was told by Medicaid he needs to start going to his chemo treatments in order for his application to be processed faster. We will be greatly appreciative of any donations and all funds raised will go directly towards Charlie's cancer treatments, medical supplies and general support for Charlie's fight against cancer.
