Hello my name is Steven and I am currently recovering from a stroke while battling End Stage Renal Disease. I am currently on dialysis and waiting for a kidney and pancreas transplant. I am a husband and father to 4 beautiful daughters, 3 under 18 and in the home. Due to a recent stroke and other medical events I suffered my wife has had to take an unplanned FMLA from work to help me recover. The financial donations will be put to use to help with rent, bills, food etc.
