Aloha Friends and Family, Our daughter Faith has recently been accepted to a program in Okinawa Japan. This program has an emphasis on Pastoral, Missionary, and Christian Leadership Training. The vision is to train men and women to be servant leaders in active ministry all over the world! Faith had the privilege of hearing a few missionary families speak and had the opportunity to speak with them. The realization that there are so many people groups who have never heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ has given her the desire to explore missions. After much prayer and searching for a program that fits her desires, she is very excited to take the months of September-December to learn more and to work hand-in-hand with Missionaries in Okinawa. This program does have a substantial cost, and she is hoping to receive help to ease some of the financial burden. Would you be willing to help? She is trying to raise $5000 for plane tickets and the program itself. If you cannot give financially, she would really love for you to pray for her. The spiritual battles that she has coming can be great, and prayer above all would be tremendous for this young lady who is searching for what the Lord has and is willing to say "Yes! Send me!"
