OK Friends and Family...as some of you may know, in May of this year my dad (Bruce) was diagnosed with Accute Myeloid Lukemia. He has undergone numerous chemotherapy treatments and is currently awaiting a bone marrow transplant. He has recently found that he will be receiving this treatment within the next month. During this time, he will be required to stay in Detroit at the Karmanos Center for upwards of three (3) months. For the first month, he will be required to stay in the hospital, and thereafter, within thirty (30) miles of the hospital. In order for my mother to care for him, she will be quitting her job. We are looking for donations to help with her stay in Detroit, as they will still have to maintain their households bills.Any funds received in excess of what is needed will be donated to the Karmanos Center for the next family that may need help.
