Hi, my name is Bashir, I recently moved to California from COLORADO to work for the State. We could not find a place to rent and we decided to buy a new built home with little money that we saved as down payment. We only lived in this new house for over a month and found out that some wood destroying beetle eating the walls and making holes. I hired a company to do inspection and they recommended to fumigate (putting a tent all over the house and using pesticide to destroy the infestation and it cost about 4k and we have to be away from the house for four days. The company that built our house told me that they don't fix it or pay for the treatment and only patch the holes. I work two jobs to pay the bills and we are not financially in a place to fix this issue and need some help. I greatly appreciate your help.
