I’m starting this Go Fund Me for my sweet little sister, Erika Robideaux. She was in a bad car accident and our entire family has been keeping her in our prayers. Thankfully, she is back home now with more than enough friends and family to help her until she’s able to function on her own again. We decided to start this fundraiser to earn enough money to help with medical expenses and hopefully help give her a safe vehicle. We just want to relieve her of as much stress as possible so she can get back to being her kind, bubbly self. Below is a brief summary of what she told us about the accident: “I couldn’t control where it was going anymore. All I know is I flipped several times. When I came to, I unbuckled myself and tried to get out, but I had lost all vision and broke my arm so I couldn’t move. I just laid there praying to God to help me and that’s when I heard someone as they held my head up and made sure I stayed awake. I started regaining my vision sometime between the ambulance ride and being airlifted from the Crowley hospital to Lafayette. Thank God. I remember the pain and being scared of not being able to speak to my family again. I just knew I had to keep fighting no matter what. She has a broken arm, both eyes are bloodshot, has blood (hemorrhaging) behind one eye, and a bruised lung…not to mention the trauma of having to endure this. ANY donation is truly appreciated❤️ We just want her to focus on healing without anymore stress. She would also like to thank every person who has prayed and wished for her to get well. Thank you.
