My name is Chelsea and I am raising money on behalf of the Smith Family. This family is very special to me, they have always been there for me to help in raising my little ones so I want to be there for them when they need it most. Many of you from Flagler Beach may know Cassidy, one of the bartenders at Tortugas. Last week Cassidys dad, Kevin, had 3 strokes back to back and had to go into emergency surgery to remove 2 blood clots from his brain which then caused his brain to bleed. Shortly after he had 2 seizures which left him unconscious. He is now, thankfully, showing signs of improvement. He is currently paralyzed on the left side of his body but is awake and talking a bit. The months ahead are going to be the toughest as he goes through physical therapy and is unable to work. Please help make this time a little easier for the family by donating to help with medical expenses, traveling back and forth to Jacksonville to be with him and other bills while he recovers.
