I am raising money to help cover the cost of medical and living expenses for David Graham who just discovered a large tumor located on his left lung. My brother has been dealing with pain in the left side of his chest for several months. on July 21st the pain became so unbearable, his wife took him to the ER again. Thankfully, he had an amazing ER doctor that dug deeper, instead of saying it was muscle pain, to find the cause of his pain. A CT was ordered, which discovered the large mass on the left upper lobe. He was told that it was likely cancer and was transferred to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville to wait for a biopsy to be completed on Monday the 24th. July 23rd, the pulmonologist showed us the CT scan and explained that the tumor was rather large and had grown around his pulmonary artery. Because of that, he said there is nothing they can do surgically for the tumor. He did tell us not to lose hope, because of the advances in medicine, he has seen people live 8-9 years with stage 4 cancer. He also told us there is still a chance the tumor could be benign or something else all together, but the biopsy results will let us know exactly what we are dealing with. July 24th he had a robot assisted biopsy, the pulmonologist told us he would need to follow up in his office within the next 1-2 weeks for a full report. He will also have a PET scan to see if anything has spread and will establish with Oncology within the next 2 weeks. We are standing strong in our faith that God will provide healing for David’s body, but right now, due to the location and size of the tumor, his pain is significant and while he goes through Chemo and Radiation, he will not be able to work. David is 42 years old, with a wife, 4 kids and 3 dogs who love him dearly. If you are able to donate, we all would be grateful. We are hoping to get the next 2-3 months of expenses covered so David can focus his energy on treatment and getting better instead of worrying about the financial strain of not being able to work.
