Hey everyone my name is Jenifer, I’m making this go fund me for my dear amazing incredible friend Danni and her beautiful little family!!!! Anything anyone can give to them at this very hard time in their life’s would mean more then you could even image! Not only do they have home bills they have to worry about they also have a lot of medical bills coming their way.. Let’s help them and take away some stress and allow them to worry about Dante and his fight ahead and his recovery!!!!Dakotas words… On the 4th of July we got together with our neighbors to watch fireworks, eat some food everyone had made and have a good time on our street. Unfortunately a rocket firework that was supposed to go up in the air malfunctioned and blew up on the ground. A piece of it struck Dante and Danielle and blew up on them. They were far away from the fireworks so they could safely watch, but sadly the explosion launched a piece straight at them. Dante was hit and we had to immediately rush him to the hospital. His wounds were nearly fatal and lead to surgery and hospitalization. After 6 days of being unconscious on a ventilator, we are so thankful and happy to say he was removed from ventilation today and is on his way to recovery! He will still be here for a few days, but heading home to be reunited with his sister and complete our little family again is a reality we thought wouldn’t come… Thank you for all the support and love everyone has shown Dante. He is so strong and never stopped fighting for his life. I'd also like to thank all the people who helped make his survival possible. Paramedics, Doctors, Nurses, Burn Specialists, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, ENT and Trauma Surgeons, and everyone in the PICU. Thanks to them he is expected to make a full recovery. Mommy, Daddy and Sister love you Dante Mark Lopez. You are a gift to the universe!
