UPDATE: Dan has completed his last round of chemo at the Mayo. His scan showed decrease in tumor sizes. He will be having an 8 week recovery time with another scan in December to determine the next step. My heart can not thank everyone for their support and prayers. His journey is no where done and unfortunately for the experts at the Mayo its not cheap. So donations are very much appreciated still. My name is Katie and I have been married to Dan for 22 years, he's been my best friend and rock. However 2024 cracked that rock, at the young age of 45 he has been diagnosed with cancer. I know many many people know someone who has battled this fight, some have won while others have lost. I'm asking for help in raising funds for medical expenses and truth be told life expenses too. Because Dan is the most hard working to provide for his family and with the battle apparently he faces, he will no longer be able to do that. I myself work but it's not nearly enough to cover expenses. So I ask not only for your help of donations but the help of hope. Cancer doesn't care about the color of your skin, your age, your obligations to those around you. It trys to kill you and what you hold dear, many families die because of this horrible parasite called cancer.
