My name is Breanna, and I'm reaching out to raise funds for my grandfather, Dan Ondra. Dan has suffered a severe stroke in the frontal lobe of his brain, which has left him facing numerous challenges. Currently, Dan is undergoing an intensive Rehabilitation program to regain strength in his brain and left side. However, the physicians have informed us that the recovery outcome is uncertain. In order to give Dan the best possible chance of recovery, he will be undergoing 90 hours of intense physical therapy. The stroke has affected his ability to walk, causing left-sided weakness, as well as impairing his vision, speech, swallowing, eating, and movement on the left side of his body. As a result, Dan will require assistive devices and equipment to support his new disability. We also need funds to assist with his return home and cover medical expenses, care, and any assistive devices that are not covered by insurance. Setting up this LFEBridge campaign is a way for us to reach out to all the friends and family who would love to help Dan but may be unsure of where to start. The funds raised will directly support Dan and his wife, Eileen, allowing Eileen to continue working during the day while ensuring Dan receives the care he needs when he comes home. Dan has always been an incredibly generous person who has touched the lives of many throughout his life. Now, it's our turn to come together and support him during this challenging time. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference to Dan's future. We are immensely grateful for your help and contribution. Thank you so much for taking the time to read Dan's story and consider supporting our fundraising campaign. Your generosity means the world to us. With heartfelt appreciation, Breanna
