My name is Hannah Coppersmith, and I am Dan Devine's niece. On  July 20th, life took an unexpected turn for Dan as he suffered a severe stroke that impacted the left side of his brain, affecting his right movements, vision and speech. He was transported via flight for life to St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee. Currently, he is in the NICU, and it is expected that he will spend at least 2-3 weeks at St. Luke’s before moving on to a rehabilitation center. Additionally, he is facing another surgery to address a blockage in his carotid artery. This unfortunate event has presented him with immense challenges on his journey to recovery. As a community, we have the power to support him during this difficult time. Many of you may know Dan as an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener, whose passion for the outdoors has enriched the lives of those around him. As someone who cherishes the simple joys of life, he finds solace in bird watching, and his eyes light up when he talks about his adorable grandkids.   The medical expenses and ongoing care are substantial, and we want to ensure that Dan receives the best possible treatment and rehabilitation services available. Our goal is to alleviate the financial burden on Dan and his family, so they can focus on what truly matters - his recovery and well-being.   We humbly ask for your generous contributions to this LFEBridge campaign. Every dollar donated will go directly to Dan's medical expenses and support services, allowing him to receive the care and attention he needs on his journey to reclaiming his health.   Please share this campaign far and wide, and let's spread the word about Dan's story. Your support, whether big or small, will make a significant impact and bring hope to his family during this challenging time.   Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this effort and for supporting Dan Devine in his journey to recovery.   With heartfelt gratitude,   Hannah and the Family of Dan Devine
