Hi! I'm going to be running the London Marathon for Terrence Higgins Trust. They're a hugely important cause who have been campaigning and educating since the early days of the AIDS crisis, whilst the government sat idle. Since then they have worked tirelessly to end the stigma around HIV, provide counselling and support groups to those affected, and are determined to end all new cases of HIV by 2030. They have provided so much to my community and I'm proud to be able to give something back. Your generous and much-needed donation will allow THT to: Provide STI and HIV testing. Provide free condom access. Offer therapy and counselling services to people living with HIV. Assist people living with HIV to access the benefits they are entitled to. Offer emotional and financial crisis support. Campaign on many vital issues, including health equality, inclusive RSE (relationship & sex education), the 'Can't Pass it On' campaign tackling HIV stigma, and the funding of health services.
