Our daughter Chris’tiun Quinones , Who is an 8 year old Honor Roll student, was diagnosed with T- Cell Leukemia on June 15th 2024. She got a spinal tap, bone marrow biopsy and began Chemo treatment on June 16th 2024. The introduction to Chemo is a 28day hospital stay while she receives treatment, blood transfusions, platelets, etc as needed. During this time, we are keeping her motivated, strong, encouraged, and reminding her she’s not in this alone. My wife isn’t able to work because our daughter needs her more than ever, so she stays with her day in day out at the hospital. I myself, am present daily at the hospital as well but I do try and work 3 days a week due to the fact that 2 weeks before Chris’tiuns diagnosis, on June 2nd, we were informed that our house was being taken over by an Organization and we were given 90days to move from our home on top of still having to pay for fall college tuition for 2 of our daughters who also aren’t able to work due to taking care of 7 of our other children while we are away from ages 2 through 15 during this trial. It is ALOT to take in and prepare for with unexpected obstacles coming from all angles, but we know the kind of GOD we serve and trust in Him to carry us through as He heals our daughter and sends the resources lead by Him to help us during this difficult time.
