Christie was admitted to the hospital on June 12th with acute liver failure, which has caused her to be hospitalized for the past month and will need to be in the hospital for the foreseeable future. So after rapidly declining for the past month her team decided the best route to take is to get a liver transplant. Her current liver only has an estimated 3 months. She will be placed on the transplant list and she will have to stay in Nashville to be monitored and make sure she stays stabilized. Christie has been fighting but has had some set backs. Her kidneys aren’t doing the best so they are working on those for the time being. As I’m sure you are aware, her being in the hospital has been a lot to take on for our family. It has been a huge financial burden on our family between hospital stay, traveling, housing, and prolonged time off of work. We created this go fund me with an aim to help support our family as we navigate this new chapter of our lives. More than anything, we ask for your continued prayers for complete healing and strength for Christie.
