My beautiful sister in-law Cathleen Moya has been dealing with many health issues over the past few years. Looking at her you’d never know it though. She has not let it affect her amazing outlook on life and her positive attitude. Most days you’ll find a smile on her face and the beautiful sound of her laughter filling the air even after multiple hospitalizations and several hurdles. Cathleen is blessed to have her life partner John Romero by her side. John has been there for Cathleen every step of the way. Sadly after each hurdle it’s become harder and harder to get back on their feet. Cathleen has a feeding tube that she will need for the rest of her life. Cathleen’s stomach doesn’t work properly making it hard for her to get the nutrients she needs. Because of this she is unable to work full time. 2 months ago she lost the part time job she had due to the company not continuing its contract in the area. This has left John as the sole provider. Over the last month both Cathleen and John have been sick. Cathleen has been admitted to Lovelace Downtown for over a week. John has been by her side as he always has and always will. Because John had also been sick he has no sick leave or PTO. Since John is the sole provider this has left them without any income. I am asking to please help this beautiful couple with whatever you can. Let’s show them the love and support they greatly need right now. Thank you for all your support.
