Here is another update from Brian himself!! Keep up that fight Brian!! 8/9/23: complete update is coming as promised, but this will have to do for now. This week was the first time I went more than 7 days without going to the operating room. Long story short I have had 5 surgeries on top of the transplant. Our family has been back and forth to NYC and Saratoga/Indy. If you cannot donate anything that is okay. I just ask that you share the story to get the word out there. Between kenneling the dog, hotel, train tickets, and eating out everyday in NYC every bit of savings and hideaway money is vanishing quickly. Any little bit helps. Thank you for your support Wanted to give an update. Brian is doing better day by day. There has been talk about being discharged from the hospital soon. From there he will go to a transplant house that is close to the hospital. He will have several appointments weekly for a while then hopefully be able to come home! We are hoping he is home to see Alyssa off on her first day of middle school! Thank you for all the donations so far! It is greatly appreciated!! Hi, my name is Valarie Miller and I am neighbors to Brian, Colleen and Alyssa Biddle. We are trying to raise funds to help support the Biddle Family! Brian suffered a medical emergency and was sent to Mt Sinai Hospital for an organ transplant. His wife, Colleen, and his mother, Wilma have been by his bedside through the entire experience. Brian is a retired Navy Veteran, devoted father and husband. Colleen is unable to work at this time as she is by his side down in NYC. The cost of staying in the city for this long so far and for the length of rehabilitation, medical bills, and basic living expenses are accumulating very quickly! Please consider donating to help this beautiful sweet family in their time of need! Anything helps and is appreciated! We thank you all truly!
