Hello! My name is Matthew, and I have SCC Squamous cell carcinoma stage 3 cancer I will be losing about half of my tongue and it has spead to my throat then after will be radiation and chemo. I am unable to take time off of work, where I attend special needs kids, to spend time with my kids or to process the life-changing surgery I will be having any day now. I am already starting to struggle with bills, being disabled has set certain challenges on a GOOD day, and I am still trying to catch up from when my kid's mom left us. At times still struggle to be a good stepdad to my oldest, whom I love just as much as my daughter who is related by blood. They are the joys of my life and the reason I keep fighting. More details about the cancer. So what is gonna happen is with how aggressive the cancer has been my survivability is 40% in 5 years they will remove some skin[ from arm] to make a new tongue. Then take some skin from my leg and put it back on my arm to replace the skin they took. after they will graf fake skin on my leg. After I recover from most of this then I have radiation and chemo the doctor said I should do it to make sure we kill it if i don't then it can come back worst so I am just looking for some help with some bills I was looking to get 2 months ahead on my bills with will help a lot.
