My name is Melissa Erlandson. My 18 month old daughter london was diagnosed with infant leukemia at 3 months old. This gofund me account is for a group of momcologist's ( mom's of children with cancer ) I've become very good friends with mom's across the US who live the same nightmare as I. Our dream is to meet the ones who have been a HUGE support for one another.Our dream IS coming true !!!! December 26th to 31st us infant leukemia moms will be going to Florida and staying at a beach house in anna marie island !!!Airfare is super expensive around this time since it's a holiday but some of the cancer mom's are military wives and with their husbands schedule this is the easiest time to plan a vacation.It will be a group of 6 adults and 5 children My friend is using her frequent flyer miles to purchase my airline ticket ( thank you Yvonne! !!) London will be "free" since she will be able to sit on my lap.2 adults and 1 child live in Florida so that leaves 3 adults 3 children that will be flying. This trip means so much to us. We have all been there for each other via Internet/phone and to finally meet is HUGE !!!!2 of the cancer mom's are angel moms. Simone and paisley passed away from infant leukemia. Agenda for our trip* lots of hugs* laughing *crying * more hugs* drinking wine and sharing memories face to face Sadly I have seen a lot of gofund me accounts that are scams.
