C.O. Watkins Is a beloved family member of the Pima County Sheriff's Department Corrections Bureau. Watkins is a positive active person who's absence is severely missed! He was always out to help everyone throughout his career with the Corrections Bureau, now it is our turn to help him. C.O. Watkins suffered a severe stroke several months ago, and even though his recovery is coming along, he needs our help. He has been transferred to a care facility but the family does not have the funds to meet the initial payment.
