Dear friends, family & others I am a single mom of a precious 3 year old little boy. His daddy & I separated about 2 years ago, we're currently going through a divorce, things remained cohesive until recently. Seemly my choice resulted in my son's paternal family reporting unproven abuse allegations to cps. These allegations are serious and due to a close family member of my X being employed with cps they knew exactly what & how to report to escalate the matter. It has resulted in me loosing custody of my son months ago. As a single mom with limited income it's a near impossible feat to raise funds for legal representation due to the high cost of living. Please hear me out. I have not abused my child in any way nor put him in harms way by those I spend my time with. This case unfortunately is a waste of time for cps & our legal system. However in the meantime I'm losing out on rights to my child because the system is already overloaded with cases. If you read this far and feel like I should just wait for justice to be served, I appreciate your reading this far. Please know I desire your prayers for this to move quickly. For anyone who feels moved to help a mom out who is only trying to have herself properly represented against a giant in the state of Texas to get her child back into a normal life please donate as you see fit. If for some reason I collect more funds than what is needed I assure I will donate those funds to help others who may encounter similar injustice in the future
