I know that when you're sick, a healing weekend retreat is the last thing you spend money on when the hospital bills add up, and you have other people to think about. I will raise $15 to take 20 lucky survivors on a healing weekend of a lifetime. This retreat weekend is in memory of Kathy Burke, my mama, who passed at 43 of breast cancer. She would have loved a weekend getaway. Spread the word! If you know someone who's passed of cancer, someone who's fighting it now, all I ask is a donation of either $18 (because 1 in 8 women will get breast cancer) or $29 because it's my mom's birthday.
