We are writing on behalf of Alison Yaeger and family. On July 8th, 2024, Alison's 2 year old son August had a terrible accident. He fell out of the second-floor window of an apartment and landed on the concrete below. August was rushed to the hospital where they immediately put him on a helicopter flight to Childrens Hospital-Minneapolis. Auggie suffered a concave skull fracture, broken femur, and multiple other injuries. He underwent surgery to fix his skull and put sensors in his brain to monitor his brain pressures. He has had surgery to set his femur and has also been fitted with a Spica Cast, which he will have to wear for 5 weeks. Alison recently started a new job but will be out of work to take care of Auggie in the interm. These funds will be used directly to support Alison, Addie, and Auggie while she is out of work to care for August and towards medical expenses from the accident.
