Hello everyone. My name is Beata Bajuk. Myself and Coral Sneed are reaching out to let you all know that we are setting up this LFEBridge for Lindsey Modeen on behalf of Julius Rivera. As you all know we lost Julius to a senseless act of gun violence on January 12, 2024 @ 2:02 a.m. He was the first homicide of the year in Hartford, CT. He was savagely gunned down on the corner of Broad and Grand St. We are looking for help to cover the cost of Legal Representation to hold all the perpetrators accountable, for the Murder of Julius Rivera. #JusticeForJulius Julius's mother is enduring a great financial burden, that no one can possibly be prepared for. It has been traumatizing. As it has taken a toll on her mentally, physically, and emotionally. Financially, she is struggling to maintain the mortgage and the bills. She recently purchased a new home for her, her sons and to care for her mother. But, a crisis came out of nowhere. Crippled everything. What was meant to be a celebration of achievement, was short lived and turned to a excruciating heartbreak. She is currently working 50± hours to rectify some of the damage, that occured with the untimely death of Julius. Her time with her younger son, has now become limited since the financial crisis. She has to pick up extra hours to compensate financially and get back on track. As well as, souly come up with legal fees. A legal expense can potentially take away everything she worked so hard to achieve, for her children and, her mother who is her strongest supporter from day one. Julius's mother is determined, as is her family to get #JusticeForJulius. We desperately are seeking your help. Julius was only 18, with an entire life ahead of him. He had huge goals. He was shooting for the stars. He was robbed of the chance to show his glory. To grow into a successful man, to become a father and grow his own family. He was so amazing, funny, intelligent, with such a big heart. The gentle giant with a heart of gold. He had so much potential. He loved his family dearly and his dear friends. He was a beautiful soul. Shined bright like a diamond. One of his goals was to go to California for his 21st birthday, to celebrate it with his family and bestfriend Zoin! Julius was as real as it comes. He is deeply missed by family and friends. There is not enough words to describe the pain, we are all feeling and have to endure each and everyday. We are looking for "Justice for Julius!" His mother and family needs some kind of closure. We are desperately seeking your help. Any donations will be helpful and greatly appreciated.
