This request for financial assistance is being created for Mr. and Mrs. Arvel and Kimberly Richardson of San Antonio, Tx. Arvel and Kim drove to St. Louis, Mo. (14 hours) on July 7, 2024, to attend a two day celebration for Kim’s mother’s 90th birthday. Prior to going to church on July 9, 2024, which was the last part of the celebration, Arvel was found passed out in the parking lot. Doctors determined that he had a heart attack which has also caused damage to his kidneys. He is currently being treated at DePaul Hospital in Bridgetown, Mo. Per his doctor’s orders, Arvel is unable to drive/ride the 14 hours to go back home as his heart & kidneys cannot take the strain of sitting for that long. While leaving the hospital after checking on Arvel, Kim was the victim of a hit and run car accident. Although she was unharmed, she now has the added stress & expense of shipping the vehicle back to Texas. The family is asking for any financial assistance you can afford to give. All donations will be used to help them purchase plane tickets to get back home and to have their car towed/shipped back home as well. These two are very loving & kind people who spend their lives in service of others without hesitation. Whatever God puts on your heart to give will be greatly appreciated.
