This journey has cost me so much on so many levels. First and foremost, thank you all—I don’t know where I’d be without the extra funds you’ve provided. Though resources are limited, I’m doing my best with what I have. Despite my efforts, aside from my challenges with social media promotion, I can’t quite figure out what’s going wrong. I’m running low in almost every way, but I’m deeply grateful to finally reach a place where I can focus on restoring my health and finances, which are concerning. As one of the leading educators in my field, I never imagined that the path would be this difficult. I’ve invested so much time learning new skills, making connections, and launching my free online class series, which starts this Wednesday at 4 PM Pacific. While I’m also looking for other work, my limited physical capabilities until I heal make it challenging. There’s a saying: “Heaven is what you make it, and hell is what you go through.” As my father did before me, I promise to keep guiding people back to nature for as long as possible. Right now, I need business advice to navigate the next steps wisely with the resources I have. On the lighter side, using my camera again has been so good, even though I may have to sell it. After two months of not taking a single picture, I photographed a bobcat within two days of arriving here and shot a video of some amazing wild turkeys. Check out this amazing time lapse from the other night in our backyard!
