Hi Neighbors! I know the last few weeks have been super frustrating and a huge inconvenience for everyone, but two maintenance workers, Lino and Javier, were behind the scenes doing above and beyond working expectations in the EXTREME heat, without working A/C and running water. Those two work really hard to make our community so special. Unfortunately, (in my opinion) they do not get paid well enough, are overworked, work beyond their scheduled work hours, come back to OL at night when there is an issue and often catch potential issues before they get worse and end up costing the HOA more money. I wanted to set up this fundraiser so we can show them that we appreciate them and their hard work. Sometimes extra $ for gas and groceries can mean ALOT to these guys. So, please consider donating a "tip" to them. If we all chip in $1, $5, $25, $50+... it will go a VERY long way for them. We will be providing them with Visa gift cards so they can spend the $ however they choose. If you want your "tip" to go to someone specifically, let me know privately and we will divide it up discreetly. Thank you all, and remember... we must take care of those who take care of us!
