Hi, my name is Lindsey and I’m asking for donations for my very close friend, Angel. Angel, age 41, was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. She is a single mother of two still at home, Olivia, 11 years old, and Lucas, 15 years old with autism. Angel will soon be starting chemo & radiation. Her health insurance has decided to no longer cover Oklahoma and all members on this insurance will be dropped in August. Her out of pocket costs are already adding up (over $10k) and she hasn’t even started treatment yet. Angel is a massage therapist and makes a lot of her money in tips. She’s already had to take time off work which is unpaid and she doesn’t have PTO as a therapist. She will have to miss a lot more days in the near future for treatment and recovery. Im asking for donations for Angel to get the medical care she needs and provide for herself and two kids.
