Hello my name is Gacinta and my cousin’s husband has been diagnosed with a rare disease called Amylodosis. Geoff is a 44 year old man with 3 young beautiful children and a loving wife. He has been told this week he had 3-6 months to live. I appreciate if anyone could contribute to this fundraising for the Holmes family.
