My name is Dan English, and I’m fundraising for one off my best friends Stacy Brewer who was recently diagnosed with ALS, also called Lou Gehrig’s disease. There is no cure for ALS, and it is a terminal disease. Stacy lost her mom to ALS when we were in college twenty years ago and now she been stricken with the disease herself. Many of you know Stacy from Belk of Rockingham where she worked for over a decade. From there, she went on to manage the Ulta in Southern Pines and then Florence, but Stacy is no longer physically able to work as her speech has been heavily affected and has begun to affect her limbs. Stacy is waiting on funds to come in as she transitions into this next stage of her life, so it is a trying time for her financially on top of dealing with the ALS itself. Please donate what you can and whatever your heart calls you to share.
