***Update 9/15*** Alicia started chemo on the Sept 9th. She also now has do weekly iron infusions. She had a couple rough days after chemo last week , but says she feels better for now. She is still out if work and things are still tough. **Update 8/7** This was Alicia's post yesterday . So I’m home from my follow up appointment… and I have 2 types of cancer …. It’s emotional day for me… I have stage 3C serous carcinoma and stage 1A endometrial cancer… in the next few days I should hear from the oncologist office to set up an appointment and go over the plan on when to start chemo and there is a possibility I’ll have to do radiation as well … so keep those good vibes, chants, and prayers coming… I love you guys and appreciate everything all of y’all have and are doing for me and my wife….this is an emotional and scary time right now … if anyone is able to help us out with our go fund me that would be greatly appreciated **UPDATE*** ALICIA WAS DISCHARGE TODAY. SHE IS HOME RESTING. IN PAIN. WE WILL HAVE A FOLLOW UP SOON WITHIN A WEEK TO REMOVE THE STAPLES ALL THE WAY DOWN HER BELLY. AS WELL AS DISCUSS WHEN SHE WILL CHART HER CHEMO. ***update*** Alicia has been admitted into the hospital for an emergency hysterectomy. Which will be in the morning or Thursday. She will be out of work longer than we originally thought. Hi my name is Tina. My wife Alicia is going through major medical issues. Possibility of having uterine cancer, and ovarian cancer as well. Plus an absess on her pancreas that need to be surgically removed. Before any of that gets done she already owes $5,000 from her 1st hospital stay. She makes 2/3rds of the income for our house hold and with her being out of work till we find out when she will have to have surgery and know exactly what's going on. Also whatever the insurance won't cover we won't have means to cover that as well. I plan on doing side work or even get a second job part time. If anyone could help we would greatly appreciate it.
