As some of you already know, my friend Mandy received life-changing news back in April after finding a lump in her left breast. After lots of appointments it was confirmed that she had Breast Cancer. Luckily things moved very quickly after the official diagnosis and on May 10th she had a left mastectomy. The good news is that her surgeon was able to completely remove the tumor and her lymph nodes were clear. Since her diagnosis Mandy continues to smile and laugh and joke around about everything but she also has her moments when things have gotten pretty dark for her and she's questioned why this had to happen to her. Unfortunately, she's still got a long road ahead of her with a hysterectomy, reconstruction, and possible chemo. Because of her obvious health issues, Mandy hasn't been able to work for the last few months. I am hoping to help ease her financial burdens but on my own, I can only do so much. I am starting this LFEBridge to help her with her expenses until she can get back on her feet. I know Mandy will be forever grateful for whatever you are able to support her with at this time. Thank you for considering supporting her so that she can focus on healing and what goals she'll conquer when all of this is behind her, because her story is far from over.
