As most of you know, Adelyn was in a severe golf cart accident on July 24th around 6:30. She suffered 2 brain bleeds and a fractured collar bone. I wanted to make this account to help with any of the medical expenses and hotel stays while Adelyn is in Louisville. I wanted to help this wonderful family in anyway possible. Keep the prayers coming!
