There are people in your life that have made such an impact, that have been there for you with love, support and understanding. Oftentimes those same people are the one that carry the biggest burdens for so long. My Tia Shawna and Tio Juano are two of those people. Hard working individuals that would give you the shirt off their back. And right now they need help but they would never ask. After 18 years of renting a home from an individual fixing it up and making it their own, he sold it right out from underneath them. Since then deal after deal has fallen through. Finally, they have found a house for them and their dogs to call home. It is a fixer upper and trust me when I say my Tio is not afraid of hard work. Here is where the problem comes in play. They have spent every penny they have to get this home and come to find out it needs a new roof. About the time that they will be moving in starts rain season in Washington. I don't know if you guys know about Washington rain but they get plenty of it. They have been quoted $10,000 for a new roof, but my Tio, a 58 year old man, of course would rather do the work himself. So labor is free but the material definitely will not be. If you could donate anything it really truly would be appreciated or even just a share. Thank you all for reading. "If you open your heart to the hungry, and provide abundantly for those who are afflicted, your light will shine in the darkness, and your gloom will be like the noon." Isaiah 58:10
