As most of you know, I'm Britney. I'm a single mom of 3. Elementary School Office Assistant. Dragons Cheer Coach. I'm not the best at asking for help. But with recent events considered I decided it's time to swallow my pride and ask for what I need. I work in education so my income is cut significantly for the Summer as Summer School lasted only 4 weeks. I was already struggling with bills being a single parent, but the shift in hours put us further behind. I was scheduled to go back to work Mon July 10th but went into cardiac arrest Sunday at 3 am. I died for a few minutes. With my kids at home worrying and having no idea what was going on. I was then resuscitated, placed on a ventilator and air lifted to a cardiac care facility. On top of the stress of having no income, I received an email stating the eviction process will begin due to my high past due balance. I'm asking for ANYTHING at all that you're able to donate. It all adds up. I'm not sure when I'll be released from the hospital, but I can't imagine being evicted amidst all this. On top of that, this will be our 3rd eviction in 9 months due to playing catch up after losing my job in 2024. It's been a rough 2 years. I suffered silently with only those closest to me knowing details. But now I openly and humbly share my story with you. My girls and I appreciate any and everything you're willing and able to do. We love you all.
