Farouk is an exceptional young man filled with compassion.He radiates warmth and kindness, touching the lives of those around him. However, his world turned upside down when he received the diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). CKD silently infiltrated Farouk’s life, gradually depleting his kidney function and leaving him physically and emotionally drained. Reliant on dialysis treatments to survive, he faced not only the burden of his illness but also the overwhelming financial strain it imposed. Witnessing Farouk’s struggle, his loved ones decided to stand by his side and lend a helping hand. The Doctors had advised for a kidney transplant as this is his best chance at reclaiming a healthy life, as the doctor has advised he has less than 4months to live. However, the costs associated with the procedure seems insurmountable, leaving Farouk’s feeling disheartened. Motivated by love and unwavering determination, Farouk’s friends and family decided to launch a LFEBridge campaign with the title "A Beacon of Hope." Our aim is to gather the necessary funds (circa 25,000euros) for Farouk’s kidney transplant and post-operative care. Farouk’s life is hanging in the balance and an urgent Kidney Transplant is the only way to keep him alive. His wife and their 10months old Son are begging the LFEBridge community to donate and keep him alive.
