Myself (Gracie Hobbs), Kate Birchall and Kevin Hobbs will each be running 60 miles in August 2024 as part of the Motor Neurone Disease Association's 'Run 60 Miles in August'. We want to raise money for the MNDA in Memory of Kate's father Mark Birchall, who we sadly lost to MND in early July 2024. Mark was a friend to many, a loving Father and a valued member of Kendal Wasps Women's rugby team. He is greatly missed and we want to honour his support, friendship and legacy. The MNDA helps people who suffer with MND and supports families and friends who have lost loved ones. This is a great cause and we'd appreciate donations no matter how big or small, every little helps. We also appreciate that times are tough so even shares and posts will be greatly appreciated. Let's tackle MND together! Please see below the MNDA charity statement: Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. More information about Motor Neurone Disease Association: The Motor Neurone Disease Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focused on MND care, research and campaigning.
